Hi, I have the same problem. I can′t find the plugin in the ftp and the site is white with this note:

I have the same problem and tried a lot, but nothing works.

But one of the members here told me to delet and reload via ftp the actual folder wp-admin and wp-includes. (NOT wp-content). It didn′t help me, but may be it could help you.
