Now this is really weird. I installed Name Menu Roles and then realised I need to know what menu access settings I needed to swap between them. So I activated User Menus too. With both activated, User Menus now works! I can click the check boxes. Goodness knows how that works

So since this is a known issue with User Menus, has been for several weeks and hasn’t been fixed, I guess it’s time to switch

I’ve rolled their theme (OceanWP) back six versions and it still happens. What next please?

Hi there. It took me a while to find the time to clone live to dev.

I’ve done that and with all plugins disabled except User Menus, and despite rolling all the way back to v1.2.6, the problem persists. So I switched to the 2020 theme and now it works. So it’s a theme conflict. Off to the vendor

@danieliser Version 1.3.1 works on Dev. Live has been rolled back as far as 1.2.8 and neither it nor any of the intervening ones work. I don’t know if it’s relevant but the error log contains:

PHP Warning: Undefined property: lolmiLogItems::$ID in /xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/user-menus/includes/classes/menu/items.php on line 46;

Maybe there’s a conflict with the Log me in/out plugin. I’ll test that on Dev once I’ve cloned it from Live.

I rolled our live site back through 4 versions and still have the problem. On our dev site I deactivated all plugins except User menus and WP Rollback. If I roll that back one version, the issue is resolved. Next step will be to clone live to dev and find out which plugins are conflicting. I looked around in Inspector but couldn’t see where to edit the HTML – that’s a bit outside my comfort zone

I have a similar issue. The issue appears to be php8 related. On my dev environment I downgraded php to 7.4 and it works. Any php8 version causes the error

There’s a 5.788 version that fixes the issue which is advertised on their website, but when I download it from my account page all I get is 5.725

No update is being offered in dashboard > plugins.

Aaaah! OK, got it. The WBS rules currently are in the global section. I’ve created a test one and put it in place in the UK shipping zone and it now works. There are a lot of rules to recreate though. Is there any way to transfer them or have I got to manually recreate them?

I did all of that. The site I picked had no outstanding issues so I I started a manual malware scan. The new function uses heuristic analysis. That part of the scan failed, with the error message:

Ah, OK. So. were are a tiny not-for-profit where every penny has to be spent wisely. We only have the need to create one bundle and it just doesn’t justify the expenditure.

Please can we return to the original request? What CSS do I need, to hide the checkboxes on the grouped product single product page please? Because that would do everything we need. If this succeeds and dive sales we may then consider creating other bundles and then we would buy the Pro version of bundles.

I have installed the bundles plugin and created a smart bundle product. The items I need to add to it are variations of a variable product, which is what I have set the options to in search settings. But when I go to the Bundles Products tab and try to add them, all the search results are greyed out an unselctable. Why would that be please?
