Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. But of course I read the documentation and I use openoffice, I even use text editor to be really sure that the file was correct.

So I think there might be a bug somewhere, I tinker the code a bit and was able to make it work on Internet Explorer only lol. Still not working on chrome. Very strange.

Or maybe it’s not a bug and you know why this can happen ?

So I tried to delete all the products, to delete the plugin S2W and the install it again.
And then when I clock on import it will still say “you already import the products” and when I click on “OK” it will have a green progress bar like it is importing but there won’t be any products imported…

So I guess you haven’t done it on purpose but there is many bugs in this plugin unfortunately…

In the green download button there is a “circle” running very long but when it’s finished nothing happen

Yes it seems all the missing images are in the “error images” section.
So yes maybe if you make this available it will solve the problem.

Ok. I realize there is a “error image” section and it seems it ask to pay to get other images.

Are you sure you didn’t do that on purpose so that we have to pay just to get other images ? (because if it is the case then we don’t need to go further as it is probably not a bug but made on purpose)

Yes on the video it seems awesome but on my side it is not working. Maybe you are right but i also tried with default theme and no active plugin and not working either, so I really don’t know what the problem can be…
If you want I can give you access to my site so that you can check if it’s a bug of your plugin or not ?

I update the plugin and I have done it again as on your screenshot but still not working at all…Still saying “PRODUCT PICTURE IS BEING DOWNLOAD”

It seems that the plugin is just not working, or you do that on purpose because it is the featured picture that is “PRODUCT PICTURE IS BEING DOWNLOAD” so if it’s a bug it is very strange…

I think at the time of downloading there was that kind of message. But it is gone now, I cannot find it anywhere.

I cannot cancel downloading because it is done already long time ago and it said successful even if almost all product picture display “product picture is being download”.

And if I try to import again it will just say that everything was already import so I cannot import again…

So what could be the problem and how to solve this ?

1. It seems all the products are imported but only 4 images are imported, other product just diplay an image with some text saying it is being imported…
I have around 20 products

2. Yes wp cron is working, I tried yesterday to do a schedue post and it works.

Sorry, I tried support ticket before posting here but it didn’t work, I don’t know why, it’s a bug I guess…That’s why I posted here.
But now the support ticket is working again so I post it there.

So please reply to my question and if I can make it working I will change the review for a very good one. Because right now not importing images so not very useful…
