Hi Pratik,

I got the hosting provider (Bluehost) to stop server side caching. However my problem still persists.

I think the problem is with the cookie. When the Checkout page loads, the cookie isn’t there. I think this explains why the Checkout page thinks the cart is empty.

With regret I will be uninstalling the plugin. I will look for another plugin to suit my needs.

Hi Pratik,

I have tried nearly everything now. I turned off Jetpack’s Site Accelerator, I deleted WP Super Cache, I got my host provider to cleared the cache from the server end, I even I changed my WordPress theme. Nothing solved the problem.

The only idea I have left is to delete and reinstall the Easy Digital Downloads plugin.

Hi Pratik, thanks for your reply. I tried disabling all the plugins but the problem still persists.

Just now I noticed my site was giving a 500 Server Error. I contacted my provider and they helped me track down this plugin as the problem. Disabled the plugin using FTP and my site’s working again.

Just a note: you shouldn’t ask users if you can look at their backend. It sounded like you were asking me for my login details.

Never mind, I’ve abandoned this theme for another one.

No. I disactivated all the other plugins just now and I still have the problem. I also reinstalled Quick Featured Images when all plugins were disactivated, and the problem still persisted.

Also I’ve tried using both Firefox and Chrome and the problem occurs on both browsers.

Never mind, I’ve started using a plugin called Random Post Shortcode instead.

I’m using the theme now, two months after the supposed update, and the problem persists.

Okay, I think I discovered the answer myself. I think it’s 2500 pixels wide and 500 pixels high.

On this theme it looks like the readers have to first click the blog post title, which then leads to them to the post page, where they can leave comments.

The solution to solve the error invalid security token in WordPress comments is simple by disable the Jetckpack Comments in Jetpack settings. Really simple.

I agree with rogeruk. I have the same problem, and I solved it by disabling Jetpack Comments.
