Before I do, dumb question:

Do the templates only work in the Astra theme? If so, that’s my problem. The Template button shows in my theme, perhaps I shouldn’t click it.

Let me know! If it works in any theme I’ll open the ticket.

Blockquote also seems to display two quotes at the beginning of each quotation. There’s one small quote and one large quote at the top left. Is there a way to just show one quote?

Answering my own question: Yes, just delete the word Author! ?? Makes sense, but I missed it the first time. But it seems to come back when I click on the block again(?) Not sure if that’s going to continue to be an issue or not. Still playing with it.

Now I just need to figure out how to change the settings for a blockquote permanently. Each new one I add, I have to change the formatting. Is there a way to set colors and make no Twitter button appear every time without having to change them manually?

I tried in Edge and got the same results.

Try going back and forth. Click Play, then title, then Play (inside the episode), then Back, then Title, then Back.

Quick note: I noticed in the search field, it fills with a URL the last episode I played. It’s strange. It is blank then it shows a URL after I click a post then click Back.

To duplicate: Click on the excerpt of a post and play the episode in the post. Then click Back, you’ll see the URL in the Search bar above the grid.

Disabling the plugin allowed me to edit the post. whew!

I’ve got another player on that post for now. I will play with the player. I only had the basic version activated, not the pro. Maybe that was the issue! I am going to play with the settings and code. Thanks for your quick reply and saving me lots of time.

This has been an issue for about two years now. I went back and forth with Grammarly and they say the same thing over and over again: We’ll pass this info to our developers. But that’s been happening for years so, really, it’s not going to happen until enough people abandon ship.

I tried the plugin WProofreader and it had the same issue however the developer created a system that checked every block and now it actually works without having to click the blocks separately. It’s a plugin so it only works in WordPress, BUT they made it work where Grammarly hasn’t done anything at all in this area. Sad. But check out the plugin, good support and the developers listen to you. I’m not affiliated with them, just happy to endorse something that works.
