Thats very strange behaviour because the page when logged in shows a truncated footer.
Very odd.

Also I notice when logged in I also see remnants of the rogue theme, the courses are not removed also.

Iam investigating now with my theme designers who hopefully will sort this all out, as during restore there were anomalies and somehow front page isn’t showing in PAGES, so i fear some duality of databases with almost similar names exists.
Ill come back to you for more assistance if the designers cannot sort this out.

PS. Strong rebuke to the team who programmed this theme. It has been designed with poorly observed WordPress protocols. 7 days lost to this. Im meant to launch before Xmas. so you can imagine the stress and the money Ive shelled out for extra support. Not nice.

Seems like a wordpress issue or a server issue, I dont think its plug-ins per se based on feedback from other users. Seems more systemic

I use wordpress without courseware.. its not a Courseware issue..It may be a server related issue or a wordpress issue

You did a bad job of informing your users adequately about this issue.
Next time manage peoples expectations more gently. Trust has been dented, you need to repair it.

This is badly managed feature change with no information prior to me AS A PAID user! This type of behaviour I often find is symptomatic of perhaps organisational issues and in pending changes that will lead to all sorts of problems going forward. I am lost for words right now after recently purchasing this also for its caching simplicity. Please answer ASAP

Just in the hope there may be something there as support here is so bad. It seems there is little assistance with this product unfortunately.
