In reply to: [Simple Tickets] Doesn’t work in WP 4.5.2To be frank it would be better to upgrade your WordPress version, 4.5 harks back to early 2015/2016 and there have been several bugs and hacks found in older versions, in saying that I do understand that some systems cannot be updated due to software and hardware issues and limitations.
For this reason we will take a look at ensuring the older versions are covered as well we cannot promise an end date at this time though…

In reply to: [Simple Tickets] No General Setting MenuHi
apologies for the delay in reply.could you tell me what version of WordPress are you using to see if I can recreate the error as this is a new one on me, it may be a conflict with another plug-in you already have installed but then i am only guessing at this stage.
the link you sent does not really go anywhere.
Thanks

In reply to: [Simple Tickets] paymentHello again.
It sounds very much like a plug-in called “The Events Calendar” I know this integrates with woo commerce for payments, and I think there are paid options but you would need to check these out yourself to see if it is suitable in your situation.
in our instance we were asked to modify it to work as the developer wanted for his client but the functionality you mention I think is already incorporated in the program above.
I hope that helps ?? it may be a little while before our plug-in has enough functionality to use in this way as free work is mostly done in free time we have available, so all I can say at this point is watch this space.
so thank you for your feedback it helps us to become better at what we do and improve our plug-in, also if you liked our plug-in in a positive way please don’t forget to rate it.

In reply to: [Simple Tickets] paymentHi Dan thank you for your reply
OK; thank you for your input, the additional fields option for the forms and tickets we are hoping to add as an extra on the next upgrade as for the payment options this is still on the shelf at present whilst we collect information on all it’s possible uses.
Could I ask you what situation would you need to sell a ticket? i.e. payment for X help? or some other reason? providing this information helps us to understand how to best build the program/plug-in for the future upgrade and it’s users.

In reply to: [Simple Tickets] paymentHi danielnichols
At present the straight answer is no, using this ticket system as a selling platform for tickets was not our original intention. However; we have already thought along these lines and it will be available in future upgrades as an add on feature, could you give me a bit more information on exactly what you are looking for.
Thanks

In reply to: [Simple Tickets] Any way to list tickets on front end?Displaying Tickets on front end?
Since the version 1.6.5 now this is possible! Simply use [GBL_SMTCKS_LIST] to display the Ticket List on the front end. do [GBL_SMTCKS_LIST type=clear] to use our css formatting to it. Bare in mind you can only list tickets on the front end but users cannot go into a ticket and/or modify them; this can only be done through the administrator panel.
if you would like a modification feature please update this ticket.
