Update: It seems to be for the charity addon at the checkout. This item costs just ￡1 and it works fine if I change it to ￡1.50.

So I’m wondering if the plugin isn’t handling items with a value of 1.

For the time being I have removed the item from the checkout page to avoid other customers attempting to add it to their cart.

Any update yet?

Difficult to say, but it was OK when I built the site a few months back. Since then word press 4.3 and 4.3.1 has been released. I wondered if it was an issue with the new versions.

Any update on this issue. I really want to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Updating to the most recent online version of the Sage Pay Form plugin did not help.

According to the SagePay plugin page it says it was updated in September, but the 2.3.2 version I have says it was updated in June.

This wasn’t/isn’t restricted to just my client it occurs to other shoppers as well.

It’s a minor concern but I just wanted to raise it in case there was a more serious issue there.

I thought it was a caching issue as well but I got them to clear the browsers cache and restart the browser and it still displayed in the same unusual order.

It’s not resolved particularly well. I do not want to have to purchase an add-on to correct the functionality of a single checkout field. I would prefer not to alter the plugin code either but that seems to be the only way to resolve the problem at the moment.

I not sure that I’ve explained what I’m trying to do properly.

When a visitor adds a certain amount to their cart a list of free gift products is shown (products with a 0.00 price) they can then add one of those to their cart.

This all works now.

However, if the user removes one of the normal products from their cart they may no longer qualify for the free gift and so I need to be able to remove it from their cart. This I can’t find a solution for at the moment.

I have a feeling it might be something I can do by iterating through the cart before the checkout page is built. Perhaps using the action for the jigoshop wrapper?

I would do that but I’d really prefer not to be editing the plugin files directly as it will all be undone when it comes to the next update.

Are there any other solutions available?
