In reply to: [WooCommerce] Slow queries in the coreHello,
I tried disabling all plugins (except Woocommerce). The result is still the same. 20-30 sec.
If you’re still experiencing slowness with just WooCommerce activated, then the next step is contacting your web host to check if they have any additional insights.
Let us know what you find.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Not WorkingTo close the loop here, I wanted to share some context as it can help folks facing similar issues.
WooCommerce Shipping & Tax relies on a connection to WordPress.com to handle the purchase of shipping labels. The WordPress.com account that you use to connect when you first activate the plugin is the one that will be charged.
If at some point you need to switch the WordPress.com account being used, please follow this guide from our WooPayments documentation as the process is the same. You can then reconnect with the correct WordPress.com account.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Shipping label keeps asking to add credit cardHey @kryptonitecreative,
I answered your review just now, please contact us at Woo.com. The public forums aren’t the best place for account-related queries.
We’re currently unaware of any issues with adding credit cards and label printing. As for the forum topic you linked, we never heard back from that user, so we never got the chance to confirm our suspicion of what could be happening on their site.
I’ll go ahead and close this topic. Please contact us to continue the conversation over at Woo.com.

We’re currently unaware of any issues with adding credit cards and label printing, so I’m pretty certain that we’ll be able to help you solve this.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @grapegrapegrape,
Just a quick follow-up to share some news.
The developer team has made a change to the server that handles the shipping label purchases yesterday — the ability to purchase First Class Mail International shipping labels is now restored.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and apologies for the inconvenience this caused in the meantime.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Requires JetpackHello @dvbels,
I wanted to let you know that with the 2.4.0 release of the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin, Jetpack is no longer required. Like our WooPayments plugin, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax is now able to connect directly to WordPress.com on its own for the hosted services to work.
We would be really happy if you could give the plugin another try and, if you find it makes sense, update your rating here. ??
Thanks for your feedback and for being part of the WooCommerce community!

In reply to: [WooCommerce ShipStation Integration] Still no live ratesHello @chadwickhugh,
Thanks for sharing your feedback! I can confirm that, at this point, the team isn’t actively working on integrating live rates into the ShipStation plugin that Woo develops. If this is something that interests you, please submit a public feature request:
https://woo.com/feature-requests/shipstation-integration/
I wanted to point out that we do have several live rates extensions in Woo.com that can be a valid alternative for many merchants.
Once again, thanks for your thoughts!
Best,
Hello @aldisruiz,
The team has confirmed that it’s expected behavior that a user with the “Manage emails” capability can view subscribers in the Status column. The “Manage subscribers” capability would allow them to also create, edit, and delete subscribers.
Hopefully this clarified the topic.
Best,
