Also, if you don’t have a staging site, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site. This way, you can perform tests without disrupting the live site.

Can I ask how you’re creating your CSV? If you’re using Microsoft Excel, I would suggest you try one of the other alternatives here due to formatting and character encoding issues with Excel.

As for removing the duplicate products – WooCommerce products are WordPress posts, so maybe you’ll be able to solve it with a plugin like this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/delete-duplicate-posts/

Those pending tasks are cron jobs from WP-Cron – it’s great that running them individually works, but it looks like there’s something preventing the tasks from being triggered.
I have found this article about solving WP-Cron issues in Plesk sites that you might find useful.
This will probably point you in the right direction, but if you need additional help with this, I would suggest you reach out to Plesk support to check if there’s something preventing WP-Cron from working.

To run a WooCommerce dropshipping site, you’re probably using an additional plugin/extension. I suggest you reach out to its support, as this is not a WooCommerce core feature.

Code customizations are outside the scope of support we’re able to provide in the forums. There are plugins/extensions to add and manage custom fields – I suggest you check your installed plugins to see if you have one of those, and then reach out to their support if you need help with it.
If nothing shows up, then the change might have been coded. If you’re not able to confirm with your programmer how that change was made, then you can find a developer to help you with that customization at the WooCommerce Customizations Page.

You should be able to do that with the Bulk Actions feature in the Products page.
