Thanks for your efforts. Unfortunately, I still did not get it to run. Maybe the problem is on my side. However, I have now found a working alternative, so I switched for now and will not pursue this problem further.
Good luck and best wishes!
Thanks for the response. I have installed the latest version and checked all the proposed settings. I have also checked the browser log and get status 200 for the statistics registration. Still the page counter does not go up. Now I have tested further and I guess that only the first visit from a new device is counted and afterwards no pages anymore.
Also with the update to version 14.6.0 it did not get better.
With version 13.0.4 the problem is solved for me. Thanks for the good work!
Thanks @veronalabs, I will keep an eye on the upcoming updates and hope you will get it fixed soon. Please keep us updated!
Just wanted to give additional feedback. For me, I still get an error during updating to 13.0.3, here is the WordPress-error:
“WordPress-Version 5.5.3

If any further feedback from my side is needed, just let me know and I can check something or provide further information.
Thanks Tom, the problem is fixed by the Update to 2.3.2
Just to give an update, the version 2.2.2 did not fix the problem. I’ll cross fingers for 2.3.
Hi Tom,
thanks for your efforts, I’ll keep an eye on the next version an let you know.
Cheers
PaulHi Tom,
thanks for the swift response. I have tried what you suggested and rebuild the menu explicitly and set it as Primary Menu. Now the dropdown works, as you can see at https://test2.prpost.de/ . However, I would like to use the automatic menu in one page, since I otherwise have to manually add menu entries for deeper structured pages. Is there any workaround where this is working? Still, I am puzzled where this strange behavior comes from. If I need to test something more, just let me know.
Cheers
