  • Did anyone find a solution to this problem on the (dv)? I have searched (mt)’s forum and there is nothing there on the topic.

I also have a base dv server with them and have noticed that contact form plugins do not work as well (at least for me).

Ok, figured this one out for you.

@nooozeguy Specifically to address your issue. All you need to do at this point is go change your permalink structure. Add /blog/ before whatever your current permalink structure is and Viola!

Hope that helps. If you have a question or need help with that feel free to contact me via the footer on paultwo.net

    My example:

    Static Home Page – https://www.paultwo.net
    Blog Page – https://www.paultwo.net/blog/

First, make the background (with the space for your blog to be in the middle).

    Make a new layer.
Use Select tool to select a rectangular box along the edge of where your blog content will go.
Use the gradient tool to create the faded effect within that box that you just selected.

Note: Make sure when you use the gradient tool that you are going from black or a dark color to transparent.

paul2.net has been upgraded to wordpress 1.5 and is using its self created theme called shuffle. I got the idea of “shuffle” from the ipod shuffles by apple.

For one, you’re gonna have to duplicate the kubrickbg.jpg image located in your /wp-content/themes/default/images/kubrickbg.jpg and move the sidebar color to the left as opposed to its current location on the right.

Also, if you look at the style.css file. There is a section called “Begin Structure”. I think all your gonna need to do is edit the “widecolumn” and “narrowcolumn” tags to flip flop the columns…but i am still looking into an exact method of doing this.

i am trying to do the same thing, but it sounds like you guys really know what you are talking about, and i am just…well…lost… I am trying to have middle section of my website show whichever category the user is at but then in a side bar i would like 3 seperate categories to show very short posts with a link to previous posts that would end up in the main section. I will have three different users update “their column” on the sidebar. to see what i am talking about the website that i am trying to do this for is https://lsucr.paul2.net
