Now I’m back home on my 27 inch iMac which has a higher resolution then my PC in the office. And here I can click on the drop-down-box. But only in the lower half of the control. Same on the button. The cursor of the mouse only changes on the lower half of the controls.

When I try it on my office PC I can not open the drop down menu nor can i click the button.
If I resize the bowser window to a smaller size I can not select the controls any more. If I double click the drop down box the cart control (which shows the statistics) of the page is selected –> I looks like the chart control is overlapping your controls??

No Deutsche Post International is not an option because we have working Contracts with DHL Paket – which works fine with version 1.43 for us, but I want to be on the latest version with the plugin….

Yes DHL Paket was closed for Austria, but we use DHL still to send all our parcel to all other EU countries (3 times a week a DHL truck picks up all our parcel for all EU countries at our site in Aldrans/Austria and delivers it to Munich). For Austria we use DHL Express now.
The problem is, that DHL Paket does not show up in our WooCommerce System since version 1.5. So our shop as Austria as home country defined, and I thinks that’s why DHL Paket does not show up any more.
But in Austria are a lot of companies who still use DHL Paket to send to all other Countries except Austria.

Could you please enable DHL Paket again in the DHL WooCommerce plugin?
It’s super critical for us because we are still ship 95% of your parcels via DHL!

Hi,

sorry I don’t know any other theme wich offers the popup functionality.
I use the Vendidero Theme. You should be able to test it with this theme on your side there should be a 30 day trial period.

I also had an investigation with the theme author. He came to the conclusion that the problematic code came from your plug in.

If you find another theme wich has this pop up functionality I can also try it on my integration system. The strange thing is, that it only happens on the mobile view.

I also deactivated all the WPML plugins.
Problem still there.

I tried the Twenty Fifteen and Twenty Seventeen standard Theme.
but there is no pop up windows when putting the product to the basket.

I also asked the Theme Autor about the problem a few days ago. He analyzed it and came to the conclusion that the problem is not a Theme problem and it comes from the WooCommerce Google Analytic Integration plugin.

I disabled the following plugin’s step by step:
– Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP)
– Facebook for WooCommerce
– WP Rocket
– WooCommerce Germanized
– WooCommerce Germanized Pro
– PopUp Builder
– WooCommerce Multilingual
But the problem is still there.

Which standard Theme do you use on your side to test the popup?
