1) I don’t have a site now , can you pls let me know it there any site allow me to upload my file , so that i can create a link for other to download from my blog .
2) since you have already access the blog ( from the link i provided ) it this blog from wordpress ?

After reading thru the link you posted , i notice that the plug in you mentioned , does not support the file extension is need.Below is my blog at word press , which i want to upload the QVW file to my post :-
