Hi Nikhil, we see the reCAPTCHA badge on the phone and on the iPad, but not on my computer with DuckDuckGo. We do see it on Chrome and Explorer (or Edge or whatever they’re calling it today). So, I guess it’s working. Thank you for your help (and I appreciate the screenshots).

Hi Nikhil, the form submits fine, but there is no “reCAPTCHA” after clicking submit. It just submits the form. There is no “checkbox” or select a picture test or anything. Does that help?

Looks better now. Do you recommend a plugin to replace Real Cookie Banner? Also, I did a text removal (text-align: -9999px) and image replacement on the logo, so that my SEO would recognize that there was an h1 on the page, but it lost the homepage link. I wasn’t able to put the image in the “a” tag. Any thoughts?

No, I didn’t make any changes to the templates (I did make a change after, but just removed the feature image for the post and pages. That was after Woo messed up and didn’t have anything to do with their templates). I’m not sure which default theme you’re asking me to try, so I did both the WooCommerce Default and the WordPress 2022 default.

The error was not there on either theme. Only on Bricksy.

If you can contact them that would be great (I’m sure that your other customers are having similar problems). The setup I have doesn’t allow me to change the wp-config.php

Hi Ana,

Thank you for your time. Could I ask you another question? If you go to my site: https://stringscapes.us/ you’ll notice that there is a gap between the banner and the email sign up box below it. I want to remove that gap above the email sign up box. I don’t have direct access the the CSS style style and everything I’ve tried to override it hasn’t worked. Any suggestions?

Updated to 1.3.9, still the same error. Thank you for looking into this.

The last theme update I have is Version: 1.3.7 and I’m still getting a fatal error. There is another thread running about this also (with WooCommerce). Maybe that information will help?
