I read this solution from the author:
Reset the Facebook connection with following steps:
– Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
– Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
– Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
– Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
– Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions
– Then, try again to operate in the product catalog.`
BUT FOR ME ITS NOT WORKING EITHER….ANYONE HAVE ANOTHER SOLUTION FOR THE ERROR ???
