Since the code in question hasn’t been thoroughly tested, we recommend not updating the files yet. We are actively working on modifying the function to ensure compatibility with PHP 8.2 and plan to release a fix as soon as possible.

Currently, clicking on it directly won’t redirect you to the document page. Instead, clicking on it will open a lightbox where you can preview the document. If you click on the preview in the lightbox, you’ll be directed to the media page where you can see another preview. On that page, you’ll find an option to open the document. I mean, the issue appears to be with the file you’re trying to transcode. The format of the WebM file you are using is not supported by our plugin.

You need to convert your file to the correct WebM format. You can use this tool: https://cloudconvert.com/webm-converter for the conversion.

Yes, install the plugin and try uploading the correctly formatted WebM media. It will transcode successfully. Let me know if you have any doubts

It appears that the format is not correct for webm; specifically, it is identified as “WEBM (video/x-matroska).” I successfully converted your video to webm format, and it now functions correctly. It appears the issue is with the theme, seems some conflict with the third-party theme (Hello Elementor). Our plugin is fully compatible with WordPress default themes. We will investigate this conflict further.
