Just pasted the file in my plugins folder and activated it and under wp-admin -> appearance -> menus -> manage locations I can now see two top menu drop down options…:) Works great!
I still have to do the “is-logged-in-user” logic at the page level but I got what I was looking for, different top nag menu’s one for visitor and one for logged-in user.
