Do you think its possible that the renewal process takes more than 48 hours with Just Host?

We renewed the domain registration with Just Host over 24 hours ago. A year ago when we bought the domain name, we mapped it to wordpress to use their website building capabilities. In other words, I think the nameserver was pointed to wordpress? I must confess, I am not very savvy with website lingo. thank you so very much for helping as this is become very stressful for me.

I have my website hosted on www.ads-software.com

I created a custom menu with the link. However, I am having a hard time putting the menu into the primary navigation bar? 2010 weaver only allows 2 navigation locations. We want it in the primary navigation but when I add it, it erases my other pages?

I would like to have pawventures.wordpress link to my website (be one of the tabs people can choose)
