I fixed this. The problem was with facebook for woocommerce. It was having same pixel. If you are using facebook for woocommerce then you will be also getting this problem. You need to change facebook pixel in facebook for woocommerce also. After that you will notice the pixel id in this plugin will also automatically get changed.
