Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: HTML check option in WordPress 4.9Ditto. Still waiting to hear about a fix or work-around. Some of the messages I’m getting are hard to dechiper (and I’m a code-tweaker html-coding-since html 1.0) either way why am I being prevented from developing and posting code on my own website.

In reply to: [YITH Infinite Scrolling] Please help me with the selectors, tooWell, I’m trying to be patient here but it’s not getting me anywhere.
I would like the option to turn this on on the “post” and “page” pages -I already purchased the AMP Ads add-on, I would purchase this option as an add-on as well if it was made available!!!
Thanks,
L

This topic went over my head fairly quickly, however as more people switch from http to https there will be requests for a more inclusive http & https social count.
Is there any way that we can request taht this be a feature request?
Thanks,
L
Ahmed, how do I enable his feature? I have some pages that currently do not display well with AMP (lots of short codes and plug ins).
Thanks
L
So… nothing?

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Javascripts of disabled plug-ins still loadingJeff, just saw a big notice in my admin telling me I had the MU in the wrong location. I went to the tab, “moved” the MU folder and everything is hunky-dory again!
Just to cover all of my bases safe I did “update permalinks” form http to https using the provided tool, as well.
No diss on the design – you’re still my favorite plug-in for speeding up my website after caching – just sending you feedback on the new one (I imagine it’s very difficult to graphically represent all the things your plug-in does in one spot).
Thank you for all you do and managing my WordPress Plug-in Addiction. : )

In reply to: [Hyper Cache] mixed-content warning on httpsHI Ivan, the issue I had on my Siteground ticket was using HyperCache Extended – I thought I would take it for a spin but it didn’t appear to play well with SuperCacher.
I’m here letting Stefano know because decided to go back to the original Hypercache which I literally used for YEARS (before moving to https). The benefits of are that it is light, fuss-free and will cache 404 server errors to reduce server load altogether by offering a simple caching solution.

Would love to have an update on the status of this “tool” that combines http and https counts. I just switched my site to https and one of my pages that 25k shares now shows only 3. : (

In reply to: [HD Quiz] percentage results and mailingThank you! I tested out several quiz apps and yours is really nice.
I’m trying to move over a quiz from the now-abandoned SlickQuiz Plugin but with additional functionality. Can’t seem to find exactly everything I need all in one, actively maintained plug-in, unfortunately.
Thanks!

Well, I used “%CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO%” in the Results Pages field and it only shows the the text “%CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO%” and not the actual info I put in those fields. BTW, this variable is not listed on top of the page as an option, either.
Thanks,
L
P.S. I’m moving from “registered only” comments to letting anyone comment (finally Akismet has gotten good at screening SPAM) but I don’t want to loose the subscriptions. : )
In the meantime I installed “Commenter Emails” so that I can manually take them down before each newsletter send. Also, I added a message under the comments box (through Comments Plus Interface) advising readers that by commenting they are adding their e-mail address to the newsletter.
It would be nice to have all that automated.
Will Newsletter work with any other plug-ins that have the subscription box pre-checked under comments? Sounds like something to put in Comment Plus?!?
