Still waiting for some kind of support – 5 days later. Has this product been abandoned by the developer?

I’m having the same issue. Installed jetpack, activated Carousel (seemed from other threads that could be the issue) pre-checked having tiled mosaic as default gallery in the media settings. Created new gallery and chose type as “mosaic”.

Even if I choose slideshow, circles, or thumbnails all I get are a bunch of squares.

I created a scrap page with all of the gallery types available. At the moment, they’re all exactly the same (viewed with firefox, chrome, opera and IE)

I’m getting this problem on the initial install! Please help, too!

In the meantime, I read this document:

And looked for the sitemaps index file:
https://hippressurecooking.com/sitemap_index.xml

And instead I received an error message:
Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)https://www.hippressurecooking.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css/xml-sitemap-xsl.php

I was expecting to see the index file.

Thanks, I think you were looking just as my web host re-started their mysql database. I’m moving the site today so it depends on when you will get a chance to look at it.

Thanks Tara, I read the first but hadn’t seen the second. The second makes a reference to going in the database and updating the image paths.

Wow. This is way more complicated than I imagined. I hope I can do this with my very basic knowledge… the document lost me when it started talking about updating firewalls, routers and databases!

Is Easy Recipe Plus made by the same person who made Easy Recipe? I can’t find a page for Easy Recipe Plus on WordPress and want to make sure it hasn’t been “spoofed” before installing it.

P.S. I installed Yumprint’s recipe card and then read the usage terms that they can use my recipe wherever they want. It made me nervous and now I want to go with a reputable premium service so I don’t have to worry who is using my recipes and for what.

That was exactly the document I needed… but it doesn’t say where to find “single.php” it’s not in the commercial theme I’m using so I’m guessing it’s part of WordPress?

Where is that file hiding!?!?

Ok, I figured it out. I have egg on my face! The two plug-ins are SUPPOSED to work together. Didn’t see that written anywhere and was convinced that I had to un-install the wordpress importer to activate the SEO importer!!!
