SIDE NOTE:
I would take another look at the lie scale. I suspect that some of the points I got on that scale are due to the way the questions were worded, and not due to self deception and social desirability. I’ve scored low on this sort of scale in several other professional exams, but on this one I got 6 of 9…something to look at

for future people who see this post this is what I did:

created another account through cPanel of bluehost
logged into that account and set it up so that the email from and reply to name were that of the email address I wanted it to be sent from (the o ne hosted by gmail).
then I went to easy contact forms settings and changed the send from address to the new one from bluehost
changed all the addresses in the “confirmation tab” of all of the forms.
