Yes, I lost my website; https://www.Unit193.org/U193 after the external reset.

I did an external reset, needless to say I have totally lost my website. Oh well back to the drawing board. Is there a way to recover the site?

Tried the first part of your solution here’s what I get for a message:

RuntimeException thrown

\boswinfs03\home\users\web\b201\whl.dccunit193\U193\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\products\photocrati_nextgen\modules\nextgen_other_options\image_options_tab.php is not a valid MVC template

will try a manual load via ftp as suggested.

Thank You Cais, my intent is not to hijack anything, I have started a new topic. A simple Novice mistake on my part and will familiarize myself with protocol.

Do I need to submit a bug report or is this something that I can fix, in trying to add images to a gallery I get this message:

If I can fix the problem myself please explain how. Keeping in mind that I am a NOVICE, please explain the steps for the fix in NOVICE terms, as if I know absolutely nothing.

Can anyone help me with this, really getting frustrated and to top things off it is being suggested to update to Pro, but this isn’t even working to make me want to update to Pro. I have liked NextGEN Gallery and would like to continue it’s use.
