No worries Richard – glad it helped.

Obviously this is just a fix to get things back up and running again if you do encounter this issue when upgrading.

Am pretty sure Sergey will be working on a permanent solution.
PS – Thanks for the great plugin Sergey

    Hi Sergey, Hi Richard,
Sorry Sergey I wasn’t paying enough attention when updating so didn’t notice which version I was updating from… sorry.

    Richard…
OK – I’m going to assume that you have access to your actual website files either directly on the server or via an FTP client.

Here are the steps I took:

    1) login to your server and find the directory wp-content > plugins
    2) rename the following folders (i think i just put ‘-old’ on the end of the existing filename (without the ”):
    ecwid-shopping-cart
    ecwid-useful-tools
    3) you should now be able to login to your wordpress site as normal
    4) you will possibly have some notices about plugins not working – that’s fine – and you should find that the plugins are disabled and possibly under the new name.
5)now go back onto your server or via FTP and re-name the ecwid-shopping-cart back from whatever you named it to ecwid-shopping-cart
    6) Go back into wordpress and then activate the ecwid shopping cart plugin.
    7) test it is working still with your site but you will have an error displaying about the useful tools plugin
    8) go back into your server and re-name the useful tools plugin from whatever you named it back to ecwid-useful-tools
    9) Now go back into wordpress and activate the useful tools plugin and test. you should find everything working again now.

Let me know how you go on and if it works. If you’re struggling – just post.
    Regards,
    Martin

    Thanks Sergey,
the URL where your plugin is being used and showing this issue is:

    https://www.pcinput.co.uk/online-computer-shop-showcase

If you click on one of the items you will see that the price is different on the actual product page. The actual product page is the correct price to be displayed.

    Regards,
    Martin
