Thank you very much for this. I have got the site live now (just as you posted – I was ready to mark the topic as resolved!) but I did it by changing my wp-config.php file to include define(‘RELOCATE’,true); at the beginning of the file and it seems to have done the trick. Do I need to now delete this line from the file? or will this change things again?
