I just noticed you said you don’t have the FTP – you’ll need to edit the file directly somehow in order to fix this, I believe. That will require you having either an FTP or access to the hosting CPANEL so you can access the file through their web-based FTP.

If you used /* and *\, that’s actually a multi-line comment in a JS file. Try adding only two // marks to just the front of that line (no asterisks) instead.

Use an FTP or your host’s control panel to manually delete the plugins. They’ll be in the wp-content/plugins folder. If you want, delete them one at a time to determine which one is causing the error.

Try manually reinstalling the theme via an FTP if you can.

If I recall correctly (I used to run my blog on GoDaddy too), DB_HOST on GoDaddy should actually be a host name and not localhost. Try finding your database host name and putting that into the DB_HOST variable of wp-config. You should be able to find it where you setup the database on your Godaddy Cpanel.
