In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Keeping from logging in…I’m glad we are narrowing down our issue. Here is what I have done in the user login section.
The top section of user login is all checked except for ALLOW UNLOCK REQUESTS
The bottom section is not enabled.
I will watch it and see what and who locks us out if any and I will report back if trouble happens.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Keeping from logging in…I have looked and below is accurate. Sorry for the confusion.
We have 3 total admins. Two admins log in from the same IP (our company IP). The third admin is a consultant that logs in from a different IP which is unknown.
The only lock outs I know of are the two admins that attempt to log in from that same IP. The consultant does not use our wordpress unless we give them work and that is not a lot of the time.

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Keeping from logging in…We both originate from the same static IP (it’s whitelisted). I’ll check all 4 admins to make sure no one is locked but I don’t know if that is it.
Do you want me to turn it on for you so you may see?

In reply to: [All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] Keeping from logging in…I don’t know what you mean by network setup?
Yes we have multiple admins
I have had the caching enabled and disabled with the same effect. We use Constant Contact and Contact Forms to collect info, but I don’t think we are using this site as a CDN.
sorry this was lost in the email pile
If I could tell the system to ignore caching brute force files then which files would I tell it to ignore?
wpsolutions – they use VARNISH for server side caching.
1. tried to clear the cache – nothing
2. stopped the service and it works. (both the bruteforce rewrite and captcha)If I start the VARNISH service again then it stops working.
So here is the big question. Do I keep the server side cache off and keep brute force on or vice versa?
mbrsolution – It is a hosted site. We had it on bluehost under a service called dedicated resources and we had to upgrade it to a different service for increased throughput. The name of the service is called wordpress optimized. They told me the only change was they migrated files from one server to another like copy files from drive A to drive B.
Thanks for all the questions
mbrsolution – no ssls have been defined on our site
wpsolutions – tried different browsers and different PCsThese are the things I have tried.
1. Reset all the settings in the settings section.
2. deactivate the plugin then reactivate it and restore the .htaccess settings
3. deactivate and delete and reinstall the plugin.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] Contact Form WidgetI’ve updated to Page Builder 2.3.1 and am still having this same issue. Is anyone else still having a problem with reCaptcha?
The form on this page is still giving an error.

In reply to: Making an image from a 3rd party link biggerI thought that might be the case, thank you.
Is there a way to use that code from Illustratus to link to their dynamic content (updated calendars) from just a static image or icon?
