everything works again

Thank you for your help. It was exacly as you predicted a plugin that caused the trouble.
You solved it even though i was disconnected before i was finish with the “post”

Bonus info: It actually worked fine in windows. Only on mac,iphone and ipad I got the problem (safari and google crome app.)

The plugin in question is WP Super Cache.
I made a post on their support site.

And then it stopped working again.
After reading ALL the internet (almost) i found some info saying that it was the standard wp-login widget that was the problem.
I installed an other login widget ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/login-sidebar-widget/ )

And it solved the issue.

I got stock, i think i may be some cache thing.
I have startet all over, and now it seems to work.
i have not activated wordfence, i think it may have something to do with that plugin.

The funny thing is that when it failse
i get to the page wp-login.php
and then i get a http 403
