We finally have figured out the Send to Editor button, but here’s the deal:

We do the Send to Editor and we get this:

but there is no player on the post at all. What are we doing wrong? Thanks.

Last of all, thinking it might be the browser, I’ve tried Safari, Firefox, Camino and IE on a Windows machine (IE said “error on page”).

While the “add media” button doesn’t work, when I copy the section onto Word, this comes up:
