Regarding the missing email I was provided with a solution by downloading an updated version of the plugin. They will certainly give you the link as well if you ask them via their website.

Unfortunately there is no solution for the uncorrectly compiled ‘lost password’-link yet. Last update was: ‘devs are looking into it’.

thank you so much. Deactivating the Lazy Loading for images has solved the issue completely – after clearing the cache the grid loaded perfectly!
