Also (do I need a new thread for this?) I’ve discovered I can’t upload media. I get an HTTP Error message.

Whoops, actually #2 is still a problem. Can’t add a page to the menu.

From Bluehost: “The issue was due to incorrect permission on some of your files. Once we ran a permission fix, we were able to go to mountaingoattrail.org/wp-admin and edit your pages.” All good.

After an hour with Bluehost on the phone, it’s still not resolved, but they think they found a code error on their end.

I was able to apply Twenty Nineteen and disable all plugins, issues still there.

Bluehost got me into the dashboard. Then I tried to upload Twenty Seventeen and received this:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Well, at the moment, I can’t even get to my dashboard. Try wp-admin and get ‘page not found.’

Thanks, brainesia, but I think I’m asking a different question.
After the nonprofit changes the website, I’d like to be able to direct people to a url that directs to the website as I designed it — before I left. I’m guessing that would take the assent of the nonprofit to create some archived version?

Actually, I think I’ve figured it out. I can merely create a new list in MailChimp for the drawing, with its own signup.

yes, it was working fine in the text editor, outside of Page Builder.
