It is the default background color (#e2f3eb) of the review form. If you want to customize the form style and elements, please follow the solution below to override default templates of our plugin.

Or upgrade to Pro version, you can use the advanced review form to change the color with options.

A comment without a star rating isn’t treated as a review so if you use a reviews shortcode of our plugin, those comments won’t be displayed in the reviews section.

Regarding the WordPress database error, it indicates that the table cr_reminders_log is missing in the database. You can open the file wp-content/plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/includes/analytics/class-cr-reminders-log.php line 26 to get the SQL query to create the table manually.

Also, I suggest you use the CR Cron to schedule review reminders on our site cusrev.com to prevent the issue with WP Cron on your site. Let me know how it goes.

Our plugin doesn’t support an option to display reviews in 2 columns. You can create some custom CSS code to display reviews in 2 columns or contact an expert developer to help you in this case.

It could be a conflicting issue with another plugin. You can try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck star rating. If it helps, you can re-activate plugins one by one, switch to the current theme and find what causes the issue on your site.

There isn’t an option to select a product to submit a review on the regular page. The customer can go to the product page and submit the reviews for that product.

Currently, our plugin only supports showing initial avatar, it is setup in Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions. For the initial reviewer name in the reviews section, it isn’t supported. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this option in future updates.
