Further testing. 2 Windows machines (Windows 10). 1 is a fresh installation. Both have the same issue. Both tests are with the default WordPress installs from LocalWP, with SSL. Both have the same problem.

Tested with the latest Chrome browser.

An error occurred: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30009 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

After a restart on the original install, it now shows everything as green in Diagnostics.

Update: Swapping from nginx to Apache solved the problem.

It diagnostics says it’s ok except it says the local ip address is invalid. Fresh windows 10.

While I appreciate the reply, you’re wrong.

No information should ever be disclosed when trying to brute passwords. This is a major security risk.

We have had to manually remove it from every site we have; but it should be this way by default.

Not to mention, a person who doesn’t remember their password also doesn’t know how to correctly protect their site. The ‘login friction’ excuse is invalid.

Did you end up finding anything? Im also looking for exactly this!
