It was an old plugin, that put the “,,” into the URLs. And probably it was also the reason for issue image –> video.

well, now I find, that OR gives to many unrelevant results. I have to come back to an AND and leave synonyms feature. If there is a possibility to make this works even with AND, that would be great…
