You are neither a client nor using a latest version of PeepSo itself (which we fully support via our website to anyone). Oh and let’s not forget you’re not even using legitimate versions of our software.

It’s like stealing a car. Replacing some parts. Going back to the dealership and asking to fix it.

If you don’t see a problem in that, we’re lost for words.

Our support operates Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM (GMT+8). We reply to the majority of requests in less than 24 hours, but although we do our best it can take us up to 48 hours to get back to you (72 hours if the request was made just before or during the weekend).

PeepSo Photos plugin was never free. Neither is PeepSo development. Turns out our developers who dedicate 100% of their focus on making great community plugins, can’t really do it for free. Their wellbeing as well as their families depend on paid features.

$129 per year is less than $11 per month. People spend more on coffee and donuts every day. We definitely won’t apologize or feel shame. Same way you want to be paid for your work, same way our developers feel. Demanding free stuff and blackmails of bad reviews are a reason to feel shame.

We have contacted our server administrator. The solution is to disable the reverse PTR verification on your server. In his professional opinion configuring that option (reverse PTR verification) on a server is too strict because not everyone and definitely not all domains have a dedicated server or a dedicated IP.

Our email server is configured well and we have never ever had such an issue with anyone before. We’re sorry but we will not be changing our server configuration.

The solution is to either disable the reverse PTR on your server so you can receive our emails (and others that might be blocked as well) or open a ticket on our site and ask for a refund.

I’m sorry but there’s nothing else that we can do here.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’re definitely not in the business of developing errors and something that’s illogical. If you’d be so kind to open a support ticket and ask for Eric, we’d definitely check everything out for you and make sure it gets straightened out.

Unfortunately, we don’t see any ‘Kim’ or ‘Kimberly’ with any recently open or handled tickets. You must’ve done them under a different name. If you’d come forward in our support system, we’ll sort everything out for you.

Depends on many factors. It could be anything from $2,000 upwards. Live streaming also requires massive server specs OR using 3rd party streaming services, perhaps via Amazon servers. So the ongoing server-related cost would also be bigger. You can contact our support directly: https://PeepSo.com/contact and list all the specification that you expect. Then we’ll be able to discuss details and provide a quote and a timeline.

Right now it’s available through 3rd party providers like YouTube etc. It’s not available directly right now. It can be added, yes. But it’d require custom solution.
