Did you figure out the issue here? We are experiencing a similar problem. When we have the Shipping destination set to “Force shipping to the customer billing address” we are getting reports nobody can checkout because they get an error “billing select city is a required field” but they have all the fields filled in. We are using the version 3.3.4 Pro of your plugin.

Ok I sent an email to the email address.

There are no fatal errors listed.

Ok so this is what we tried so far.

Copied the site to a sandbox.

Activate Store Front theme.

The site started to throw errors for two plugins as soon as we did this and the site would not even load.

We deactivated both plugins.

Then we tried the search and it worked.

Then we activated the two plugins one at the time and tested that the search still worked.

Then we reactivated the Divi theme and the search still works.

So then we wiped out the staging site altogether and reimported the live copy and the search still worked in staging but still doesn’t work in live.

Any idea what would cause that series of events?

As you can see by the video we have a long timeout set and it still hits it. After the timeout, I go to the front end and perform the same search and it comes right up no problem.

Divi is the theme. We have deactivated the plugin so there is no way to trouble shoot it currently.

I am getting the same issue so following this thread. Can’t do anything in the admin area without seeing that message.

Yes we only have two that are required. First and Last Name. Every record has those filled out.

It’s been setup and running for a couple years. We didn’t change anything to my knowledge. Like I said if I open a listing I don’t make any changes to it I just hit submit. Then the error leaves that row and goes to the next one. So I haven’t changed any values or anything.

If I go in and edit the listing that shows the error all I do is pull it up and hit submit. It just moves the error to the next one. Do I have to edit and submit each one for some reason now?

We are having this same issue. Also if the plugin is active it causes white screen of death to the admin area. Updating the php version did solve the issue.
