Update on Issue
How I fixed this…
Step 1 : Deactivate the TaskBreaker Plugin
Step 2 : Install and Run Plugin Garbage Collector and remove any remaining table data
Step 3 : Reset your permalinks to %postname% and save
Step 4 : Activate TaskBreaker Plugin Again
Step 5 : Re-associate Project Page with the page your want to display on
Came right back up and clean. Fix the Groups page not showing as well!
FYI to anyone reading this, stick with this plugin, it rawks
