After some fixing I got access to the root in Filezilla, will deleting the Jetpack plugin folder solve my issues?
EDIT: I deleted the Jetpack folder and everything seems normal at the moment. I can log in to the admin page and the site itself looks normal.
Still, if someone could shed some light on why this happened it would be appreciated.
