Just to clarify, I’ve just tried again, I’m getting error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10): invalid archive structure when uploading the backup even though all 3 files upload 100%.

No, I’m getting the error before I migrate anything, I’m making a new site and installing WP but can’t access my Wp admin panel. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks so much for the quick reply James. Just to reiterate, I’m talking about a completely fresh install of WordPress from my Bluehost pane, surely this wouldn’t have plugin issues would it?

Ok, I’m really sorry for not getting this, I’ll ask one more thing then shut up-
If I log into eg. mysite.com/wp-admin, I’m not really at one site or the other am I as they both have the same URL?, can you expand a little on what you mean.

Yes, I gather that’s the case, my question is then, if there are 2 identical sites with identical users, passwords and databases, when I log into WordPress admin, how does it know which site I’m logging into, the new or the old?, I’m probably being super-naive here.
