I actually figured this out the other day by creating a gallery for one product and checking the syntax in the exported csv. And as you say it was commas instead of |.

Strange I couldn’t find any info on thinkm the woocommerce documentation!

Yes I always use simple custom css on any sites I work on, I had styled the hover, visited, active and link classes but the focus class wasnt listed on the w3schools site so I had no idea what I was missing!

Looks like its a completely different class type, thanks for pointing me to it and helping me learn even more css!

Hi,

This is probably to do with the permalinks, should show a message at the top when using the plugin saying you need to activate pretty permalinks.

This just means go to permalink section and choose anything other than the top option, though I would say use the post name option.

Should work now.

So I managed to sort it, using the css in the individual row in page builder (attributes tab).

Used this post from siteorigin support forum.

Added row class row-spacing to the top row and then this css:

.row-spacing {
margin-top: -30px;
}

Hope this helps others, and thanks for the help pacethemes, seems this was actually a siteorigin question!

Amateur information here but I am using page builder, I have deactivated the plugin a few times and reactivated, keeping the same layout. I have just done it again now and it worked fine!

There is no option for padding-top in the page builder I’m using. I have the plugin by siteorigin.

The built in quest page builder was causing me problems and doesn’t seem to run when I make a new page, even when I deactivate the siteorigin plugin.

The only option is padding around the entire row, this is set to 0.

Youre welcome to have our login details if you know where this option is, or maybe this is more of a question for siteorigin?

Site is currently under development, had a coming soon page running, have disabled it for now to allow you access.

After seeing the page in a collapsed view i.e with the mobile menu, I can see that the white space is below the menu.
