After I upgraded to the newest WC release (5.7.0) my site stop working. I tested and it is WC causing the problem.
In my case I got the too many request error. I didnt have to go through a setup wizard again.
Rolling back the WC upgrade did not solve the issues, nor did also restoring a previous backuo.
Seems so many sites are in trouble with this!
