The order notes are no different to any other order, showing payment, fees and stock adjustments. No errors are displayed at all. Further investigation suggests that the shipping amount is shown correctly in the cart, however, the shipping tax is potentially not actually charged during payment (?)
This is happening to about 1 in 4 orders since updating to Woocommerce 9.7.1.
Relevant system info:
WordPress V6.7.2, PHP 8.2.27, Woocommerce 9.7.1, Litespeed server
