Your next steps should involve obtaining a hosting plan with your hosting provider, and to install WordPress on whichever plan you decide to purchase.
You can either use their one-click installer your hosting provider may or may not provide to install the latest version of WordPress. If not, you can always download the latest package from www.ads-software.com, and FTP it into your server yourself.
