It wasn’t checked.
Strangely, the backend continues to work just fine. But the front-end is the whitescreen of death, it just crashes.
I’ve never seen anything like it before. I really hope we can fix this, because this looks like it is the best auto-post plugin, by far.
No answer after 3 weeks? I have plenty of memory limit it’s 128MB. I have deleted multiple plugins since opening this thread, but it still isn’t working.
Oh, and the vanity url is just assigned to my main domain, but it isn’t Multi-site.
And now I need to add “will not allow me to update plugins” since I had another plugin that needed to be updated and I needed to deactivate jetpack in order to do so.

In reply to: [Google News Editors Picks Feed Generator] ErrorHello Holden,
I responded via email, but for others, it now excludes by default. Check the boxes to include articles now. We received a number of requests to change that, so we did.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Google News Editors Picks Feed Generator] QuestionHi Sheeraz,
Those changes, as well as other improvements, have been made and are ready for download update.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Google News Editors Picks Feed Generator] ErrorHolden86 and I are emailing each other. So, in case anyone else has this problem, it’s not an issue with the plugin, but rather with the host server settings. The problem you’re having is the result of restrictive security settings on your server.
How to solve this:
1) Fix it by setting “none” in “open_basedir” in the php settings of your Plesk, WHM or similar panel. Basically, defaults for those panels (save for WHM) will restrict access to files outside of your web folder.
2) Copy and paste the error in full and send it to your web hosting support service. Ask them to create an exception for the folder that will loosen or remove the open_basedir restrictions, because it is not permitting access to the Google News Editors Picks Feed Generator plugin. They will know what to do. If they will not assist you or do it, then you should consider changing hosts, as your hands will be tied on other plugins, as well.
3) There are no other options for resolving this issue other than set_include_path(‘.’); BUT DO NOT DO THIS ALONE! If granted access, I will do this as an absolute last resort for premium plugin license holders.

In reply to: [Google News Editors Picks Feed Generator] ErrorThat’s a bit vague for me to diagnose with access. Email me at [email protected] – but just a quick question — have you attempted to translate the plugin?
