    Hello @alexbiker7

    Hope you are doing well!

Can you send us a full screenshot of “Marketing > Pinterest > Catalog tab”? at the bottom is going to show which product has the error and you can click on “Edit”
to add the Description or short Description on the remaining products.

In order for the plugin to work properly, you must provide some information in the appropriate format to be automatically downloaded and verified, such as price, shipping and google catalog.

Add necessary information and checking the tags of your site created by the plugin you can use the Chrome extension “Pinterest Tag Helper”
Open Chrome and go to the site you want to check the tags.
    Navigate on your site:

    Visit a Page

    Visit a Category Page

    Add product to Cart

    Place a dummy order.

Add to cart, checkout event errors go away when a “user” adds an item to the cart and a successful checkout is completed. You can do this yourself to clear up these errors or wait until a customer does this process.

Let me know if that helps.

If all events are showing with no errors, you should contact Pinterest Support or maybe wait until the Tag Health is updated.

    Hello @miata2

    Hope you are doing well!

We are going to need detailed steps to reproduce this issue:

Type of product: Simple or variable, virtual or shippable, Subscription, Pre-order, etc.
Type of User: logged in user or existen user, guest user or new user, etc.

Try to include as many details as possible, and feel free to add screenshots, they always help.
