Hi! Thanks for the response. I just went in and cleared the transients per your screen shot. It didn’t change anything, but it at least felt like I was trying something different. So, thanks for that!

Still getting that weird error message. Any thoughts on next steps?

Brilliant! Thanks so much. I removed the theme’s accordion shortcode instructions from shortcodes.js in the theme’s framework folder and that seems to have done the trick. Much obliged!

To follow up, I created a new page with the only content being an accordion and it broke the menus as well. They worked prior to the addition of the accordion.

Well, after some more troubleshooting, I deactivated and re-activated my plugins one-by-one and it turns out it’s WP-ShortStat causing the slow-down.

Gamesector, if you’ve got that activated, try turning it off and see what happens!

My suspicion is that it’s a plugin or SOMETHING trying to access an outside resource that’s unavailable. It eventually times-out and then the rest of the page renders.

What plugins or modifications have you made to WP, Gamesector?

I’m seeing the same thing on my board. It says “No Comments” and then when you click on that, you can see the comments. Worked until the upgrade to 2.0…
