OK, the above doesn’t do anything for me. You can see for yourself what is going on here.

If you submit the form the above url happens but a 404 is displayed.

Please note: I made a thread about this a while ago but got no responses. I am not trying to hijack this thread. However the person who posted this thread originally hasn’t responded in a month and I believe that this is a more common issue than people currently think. Especially when it comes to making more than one form on a website. I believe it would be good to have a definitive solution for this so others will be able to solve their problems.

I am also having this issue.

It is strange, the first contact form works without issue. The second contact form redirects to a 404 page instead of to the main website. Both forms are embedded in pages.

I also have permalinks enabled.

I will give this fix a go.

OK, how can I modify this plugin to redirect the user to site.com/message-sent?

I cannot work out what is causing this 404 error to display. It doesn’t make any sense. Best solutions appears to be to redirect it to somewhere completely else.

Anyone know how to do this?

To reiterate what happened. I have 2 forms.

Contact Form
Photographers Form

When I submit the contact form I am redirected to the contact page with the #whatever on the end. This works fine.

However, with the photographers form there is a problem. It redirects me to the #whatever but instead of form showing up again, I am taken to a 404 error. If I copy this URL and run it in another tab the page loads fine. I really do not know what is going here. It just doesn’t make sense.

Occurs on all machines and browsers and all user accounts. Installation has been running error free for 2 months. Hasn’t been upgraded. Hasn’t been moved. Nothing has been migrated.

I do not know what the last operation was. All I know is that yesterday the client could log in, today they cannot.

I do not quite understand the order in which categories are displayed or how they work. However I was able to fix this comparing post numbers to the category names. Those with similar post counts were read and assigned manually.
