    Hi Pexle,

I always used shortcode more than one time in the same page and it always worked…

    Please fix it
    Thank you

Sorry to bother you again, but now i see that:

“You cannot use shortcode [library-viewer] more than 1 times in the same page. You can do this with Library Viewer Pro”

I have installed it using the library-viewer-pro.2.0.0.zip

I see that this zip contains a library-viewer-pro.php like the original zip

The original zip had a line like this:

    define(‘LV_PRO_LICENSE’, ‘stringoflicense here’);

But the 2.0.0 does not have that line

So i have edited the php in the 2.0.0 zip and now i find i have two plugins:

Library Viewer and Library Viewer Pro

Still the same problem, even if i deactivate LV and keep LVPro only

I don’t wanna mess up anymore, so please let me know how to proceed

    Thank you!

Thank you Chris, i did not see that notice at the top of the page, i never see them in fact, ha ha ha. Working again, Thank you!

wow, what a strange way of showing available updates, i expected the update message right by the plugin, not at the topo of the page.

    working now

    There is no update message.
    All plugins are updated.
I can activate automatic updates for LV free
Not for LV Pro (that’s typical of many addons)

I have uninstalled both the free and pro LV
    Installed again
    Logged out, logged in, nothing

It only works if i uninstall the pro, but of course without the pro features…

    Hi Chris,

The moment i installed the pro version, and activated, the moment it’s not working.

    Library Viewer shows v 1.1.2
    LV Pro shows v 0.0.0

The page where i am testing this plugin shows this:

“You need to update to the latest version in order to work. Visit your plugins’ page to update it”

    What should i update?
    Thank you

And by the way, the whole page is broken, no menu, no side bar… only the header image and the message “you need to update”. too bad.

Argh, my custom folder seems to be (official?) path in my wordpress, i mean, media library, plugins etc are there by default.

I’ve read a lot about the wp_upload_dir function but i do not dare to mess with my functions files.

Wp-config is already set to that custom folder, i guess i have to do sth else but as said i don’t dare to.

Just thinking aloud, not asking your for directions to do it ??

Thank you for your reply jakeob.

It’s a pity. I never liked the wp-content/uploads location for my media files and that’s why i use /uploads (or /media or /images…) instead.

    Again thank you

I must be doing sth wrong…
    I’ve updated your plugin

    I go to media/assistant
    select one file (or many)
    pick edit/apply
enter template:[+empty+] in the alt text field
Press updtate. Fine alt text are blank

    Same with template:[+name_only,str_replace( ‘-‘, ‘ ‘ )+]
Fine, alt text are now file name without “-” or ” ”

    Same with your new template
    template:([+alt_text,ucwords+])
Nothing happens, all files are unchanged
Some of my file names are “name-name-name-###-name”
I was wondering if the ### (numbers) might be the reason
Nope, i’ve tried the same templates with files containing only letter (no numbers) but still same, all files unchanged

Removing “-” and ” ” works like charm but changing to upper case… i must be doing sth wrong for sure

    Hello David,

Sorry for my late reply. I’ve been busy with another website and unable to try your hook. Thank you very much for taking the time to looking into it. I will test it today and let you know.

That was fast! thank you very much!

thank you very much, it worked like charm. I have to check that pastebin deeper cos it seems we can do a lot

    Hello,

    Regarding reply reviews.
I have two admins. My client “admin” can reply but when she does the reply is by “Website Name” instead of “her name”.

Because we want to make her replies more personal i need that her name appears as the person who replied.

Wondering if it’s a setting of site reviews or a general setting.

    Thank you in advance

Thanks again, changing the plugin style to divi worked and i think i’ve made some css before in this divi, but i’ve made so many things i can’t remember now, ha ha ha.

@geminilabs Thank you! i had seen that plugin style setting but did not dare to use it bc it says Divi (v3) and was afraid that would not work in the current Divi version (v4.4 i believe).

I’m gonna change that setting now

    Thanks again
