Thanks. My developer installed UpdraftPlus which disabled BackWPup. I removed UpdraftPlus and BackWPup reappeared in the left menu.

wordfence told me to optimise wf firewall for the site and to contact you if I don’t recognise the file /home/perend5/public_html/wordfence-waf.php, which I don’t and can’t find it in file manager

The error message is ‘Backup triggered by: Auto update’ Can you tell me what that’s referring to? None of my plugins auto update.

The backup I’m trying to change is 2.23 GB. The error message ‘Failed to update: error’ is the only information provided.

No days are selected for backup, and no plugins are selected for auto-update.

The feedback banner has now gone. I had to click ‘I already did’ on both sites.

I thought I’d replied to Brad, Jesse, but clearly I didn’t. I was imprecise in stating the problem. I know how to edit the name and description but when I click ‘Update’ the plugin reports ‘Failed to update: error’ after about 15 minutes.
How can I stop TU making daily backups?
How can I remove the review request banner at the top of the TU dashboard page?

I’ve contacted support many times but without resolution of the following issue.
I followed the steps in the document https://www.boldgrid.com/support/total-upkeep/migrate-wordpress/ until pasting the Download Link into the
Download URL Address for the destination website which produced the error “Could not reach the URL address. HTTP error: 500 (error)”. Can you tell me how to get round this error?

Unfortunately none of those suggestions made the blogs display in reverse chronological order. Does anyone have any other ideas?
